Precinct Election Officials

Every Election Day, thousands of Ohioans contribute to their local communities and serve our country as precinct election officials.  By doing so, they play an important role in preserving democracy by safeguarding our election process.

Being a precinct election official is a great opportunity for registered voters that are able to make time on Election Day.  If you choose to work at the poll, you will receive training and are paid for your time.  It's a great way for students, part-time employees, retired citizens and people with flexible schedules to serve their community.

  5. Able to work from 5:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Election Day
