Records Center and Archives
Effective Thursday, March 19, 2020, the Union County Records Center & Archives and Union County Law Library reading room will have restricted access to the public in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Any member of the public needing any public records or law library resources may make their request electronically at email@example.com or via telephone 937-645-4177. Any record or resource requests will be fulfilled either electronically or via the U.S. Mail.
Union County Auditor
In response to the COVID-19 situation, the Auditor's Office will continue to provide public services to the best of our ability. Being mindful of public health concerns, effective March 19, 2020, our offices will be CLOSED to the public. For those who need to conduct title work/land transfers, a drop-off/pick-up area is available in the building.

Clerk of Courts Office - Auto Title Division / Marysville AND Dublin Branches
Beginning Tuesday, March 24, 2020, the Auto Title office located at 940 London Ave., 1400, Marysville, OH 43040 will operate on an adjusted schedule as follows: Dealerships and Financial Institutions are instructed to contact the office manager at the cell phone number that was provided in advance or by calling the Clerk of Courts at 937-645-3006 for title processing assistance. For the public, customers who have title processing needs, please call our Main Title office at 937-645-2001 to facilitate processing your title by mail.
The 7020 St. Rt. 161, Dublin, OH 43017 location will be closed.
All requests for Title work should be mailed to the following address:

Union County Human Services
Effective April 2nd Union County Human Services has closed the lobby to the public. Human Services includes Job and Family Services, Senior Services and UCATS. Services to the public continue.

OSU Extension Offices
Ohio State has officially closed all OSU Extension Offices as of 4:30 today and no 4-H or Extension activities until April 20th.
Feel free to call, email, etc. with any OSU Extension staff member as you normally would.
Union County Court of Common Pleas Probate & Juvenile Division
Citizens are discouraged from personally visiting the Offices of the Probate and Juvenile Clerks for any reason other than to appear for a hearing.
Most hearings scheduled from March 16, 2020 to April 10, 2020 are continued if Ohio law otherwise allows. See the orders for the Probate Division and Juvenile Division for more details. To the extent possible, hearings that are not continued will be held telephonically. Questions about whether proceedings have been continued should be directed to the Probate & Juvenile Court by calling (937) 645-3029 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Juvenile Clerk’s office is open for essential business only. Cash payments for court costs will not be accepted at this time.
